If a game does not load, shows the wrong artwork, behaves differently from its guide, or has an incorrect category, send enough information for us to identify the exact catalog record.
- Include the exact game title and page URL.
- Describe the expected result and what happened instead.
- For loading or control problems, include your browser, operating system or device class, approximate viewport, and input method.
- If the issue is visual, describe the affected section; do not send private information in a screenshot.
- Do not send passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.
Rights and Removal Requests
A rights holder or authorized representative may ask us to review a game listing, title, image, editorial passage, or embedded experience. Identify the protected work, provide each relevant Anime Card Collections URL, explain your relationship to the rights holder, describe the requested action, and include a reliable way to contact you.
